INGREDIENTS / METHOD Red potatos are boiled whole Peeled and mashed and blended with parmesan
Free range eggs and flour – then boiled and chilled immediately in ice water and coated in olive oil.
Desiree potato, gluten free flour and natural combing ingredients – made off site to avoid contamination
COOKING As the gnocchi are cooked there is no need to boil again. Simply pan fry in a non stick pan until brown and crisy and add to sauce OR add fresh gnocchi to a sauce and arm through Cook in boiling water as per packet instructions
